I also know how it feels to be pulled in too many directions with equally critical responsibilities and no backup, to be isolated, and to have complete and utter burnout as a leader.

I know what it’s like to have enough capacity, support, work-life balance, and a fair workplace. I also know how it feels to be crushed under the weight of unreasonable expectations, not being valued monetarily or with recognition, to have a toxic work environment as a staff member.
